How many guests can the home accommodate?

Peoria Oasis comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite). It's built for families and groups who actually want to spend time together. Need room for one more? We also offer a pull-away fold-out cot for an extra body to sleep in.

Are towels and linens provided?

Yes - we provide all bedding, bathroom towels, and pool towels so you don't have to pack any of it.

Yes - well-behaved pets are welcome. Please let us know in advance how many you're bringing so we can prepare the home.

Yes - our owner and staff are local to the Peoria area. If anything comes up during your stay, from a quick question to an emergency, we're easily accessible and can respond fast.

Are there security cameras on the property?

For your peace of mind there are exterior cameras above the garage covering the driveway and a Ring doorbell at the front door. Cameras record video and audio. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.

Is the pool heated?

Yes. The 40,000-gallon diving pool can be heated, and pool heating is included free from November through March. Outside of those months it's available for an additional fee - just ask before booking.

Tell me about the grotto and hot tub.

The backyard features dual waterfalls flowing into a grotto, plus a hot tub tucked under the covered patio so you can soak day or night.

Is there shaded seating in the backyard?

Plenty. There's lots of lounging out back with patio furniture and umbrellas around the pool, plus a covered patio for shaded dining and the hot tub.

What about cooler evenings outside?

We have two gas fire pits and two propane patio heaters, plus string-light ambiance over the covered dining area, so the backyard stays comfortable well into the evening.

Do you provide gear for little ones?

Yes - we want families with babies and toddlers to travel light. The home is stocked with a pack-and-play, high chairs, and car seats so you don't have to fly or drive with your own.

Is the backyard kid-friendly?

There's an outdoor play area for kids in the backyard, and there's a fence around the pool for added peace of mind. As with any home with a pool and hot tub, children should always be supervised by an adult.

How much parking is there?

Plenty. The long, wide driveway can fit up to 12 vehicles, so there's room for the whole group, extra rentals, and visiting friends without anyone having to street-park.

We're in Peoria, Arizona - close to State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, spring training facilities, and an easy drive to everything the Phoenix area has to offer. See The Area page for our favorite nearby spots.

Yes - the open kitchen has a large quartz island, full-size appliances, and everything you need to cook for a crowd. Outside you'll also find a gas grill and a Blackstone griddle.

The game room has a pool table, poker table, soft-tip dartboard, ping pong, chess, cards and board games. Out in the garage you'll also find an indoor basketball hoop and foosball table. Every bedroom has a large smart TV too.
